Property Description

#5451-LOTS OF SPACE INSIDE AND OUT, is the best way to describe this property. Once was a thriving garment factory that employed many people in the surrounding area. Now its ready to become something else. This is a red iron engineered building with just over 9,000 SQF, with 9 restrooms which could easily be made into full baths, several office rooms that could be bedrooms, a break room that could be a kitchen, and the huge open area where the Employees once did their daily jobs, could be part living area and part whatever you want it to be used for. All of this is in a small Community of McNairy Country Tennessee. The land is just over 3 acres with 3 road frontages.
